Do staff need to download an app?
No. Available shifts can be shared through text and email.
Can we still use our own external suppliers?
Yes. Your approved suppliers can be part of the route when internal cover is unavailable.
How is the calculator estimate worked out?
It compares the hourly cost of external cover with the hourly cost of internal cover for the share of hours you enter. It does not include Rotagap fees, overtime or other costs. Your actual savings will depend on your own circumstances.
